Cancellation Policy

All services provided are subject to the following terms and conditions: A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least one (1) week prior to the wedding date. All photo and video content will be delivered after final payment has been received. No digital files, albums, or products will be released until the balance is paid in full. Clients will receive their images and videos through a private Zoom viewing session, as online gallery sharing is not offered at this time. Basic and special editing services are included depending on the selected package. Editing style and creative direction are at the discretion of the photographer to maintain brand quality and consistency. Turnaround time for final edited photos and video highlights typically ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the scope of the project. Travel expenses are included only in the Xclusive Package. Additional fees may apply for locations outside the standard service area. The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, timelines, and access to locations. The photographer is not responsible for missed moments due to late arrivals, restricted access, or changes in schedule. By booking services, the client agrees to allow the use of selected images and video clips for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
